🔹 Return – Within 30 days, unused product

If you are having issues with the product or wish to withdraw from the purchase, please complete the form below. Returns are only possible within 30 days from the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the size of the purchased products.

Please keep the shipping confirmation. Send us a clear photo or scan of the receipt along with your bank account details for the refund.

🔹 Complaint – Issue with the received package for a product under warranty

Was the package delivered damaged by the courier, and does the product show visible damage? Please attach the following photos:

  • The received product – to verify its condition

  • The damaged area (if applicable)

  • The packaging, especially any visible damage

  • The internal packaging protection/filling material

  • The shipping label with a visible tracking number

  • The completed and signed complaint form

We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt.
