Withdrawal from contract
You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
1. Send us an e-mail to let us know that you would like to return the goods. Attach to the e-mail the Withdrawal from the purchase contract form.

2. Send the product back to one of our our return warehouses:

3. Send us the confirmation of shipment and the return tracking number to shop@ergooffice.eu
4. Within 14 days of receiving the package and checking it by a service technician, your money will be refunded by bank transfer.
5. In the event that you do not receive the money within the statutory period of 14 days, please contact customer support immediately.
Complaints
If you want to claim the goods, we recommend that you first contact customer support: shop@ergooffice.eu
If you have decided to complain about the product, proceed as follows:
1. Send us an email and let us know what's wrong with the product.
Alternatively, you can attach photos and Complaint form.
2. Our customer support will decide if it necessery to return the goods. If so,
return the goods to our return warehouse using the prepaid return label.

3. Send us the confirmation of shipment and the return tracking number to shop@ergooffice.eu
4. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint. If not, contact customer support.
5. You will receive a decision from the complaints department within 30 days.

How to pack the product properly?
Remember that if you return a product to us, you are responsible for the condition in which it will be delivered to us. If it is damaged during transport due to insufficient protection of the product inside the package, you are responsible.
Use:
- Stable cardboard packaging of the correct size for the product to be sent in it,
- Bubble wrap,
- Strong adhesive tape similar to the picture and a cutting knife / scissors,
- Filling material; like air cushions and crumpled paper.
1. Select the appropriate box for the size of the product.
2. Place a layer of protective equipment (foil, paper) under the product.
3. Place the product in a protective film. Also place protective equipment around to prevent the product from moving inside the box.
4. Secure the box with strong adhesive tape.
5. Mark the product with the order number or the sender's name.
